After preparing a short list according to Section 5, the Government of Nepal may invite proposals from the persons who submitted the letter of intent included in the list, by publicly publishing information about the specified matters regarding the implementation of the project.
(2) A person who wants to submit a proposal according to sub-section (1) should disclose the following details and submit the proposal to the Government of Nepal within the time period mentioned in the notice published under the same sub-section:-
(a) Preliminary feasibility study of the project,
(b) preliminary engineering design of the project,
(c) Estimated cost of the project,
(d) the proposed financial resources of the project,
(e) Preliminary environmental study report of the project,
(f) Project implementation details,
(g) Proposed measures to mitigate potential risks and risks while implementing the project,
(h) Procedures relating to project implementation,
(i) Other details as specified.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if a project has already been surveyed, the Government of Nepal may invite proposals from the persons who submitted the letter of intent listed in accordance with section 5 by publicly publishing a notice of the specified matters regarding the implementation of the project.< br> (4) A person who wants to submit a proposal according to sub-section (3) shall disclose the specified details and submit the proposal to the Government of Nepal within the time period mentioned in the notice published under the same sub-section.
